Monthly Scorecards
Scorecards, ready for your school board meeting each month, allow you and your board to make decisions based on the most recent data. We use a predictive algorithm to show how much you should be spending each month in your general fund and transportation fund. We also provide an attendance scorecard that shows near real-time trends in attendance as well as comparative data that allows you to intervene quickly if something is happening.
Surveys
The single best way to get information on the culture and attitudes of your school is to simply ask. Milligan School Data offers three surveys per year (teacher, student, parent) to gather this information. We present that back to you with a host of reports, comparative data, and yearly trends that allow you to see issues as they arise, and visualize the effects of the changes you implement.
Also, let us collect the data for your superintendent evaluation and present it back to your board. Having a third-party manage your evaluation ensures confidentiality and encourages more honest feedback from stakeholders.
GEMS Data Analysis
Through a relationship with the data folks at OPI we have an export of much of the data entered into the GEMS system. We take that data and generate comparative reports to show you, among other things, how your teacher endorsements compare to other districts of similar type and size.
Enrollment Prediction
Using 5 years of your historical enrollment data, we create a model of the ebbs and flows of enrollment in your district. With that model we can predict what your enrollment will look like in 1, 2, up to 5 years from now.
Ad Hoc Analysis
We like to think that we offer a wide variety of services that will allow you to make data-driven decisions. But we also realize we can't answer every question with our standard reports. Every school system that subscribes to Milligan School Data is entitled to 10 hours of ad-hoc data analysis (with a per hour fee beyond that). Give us a chance to help you analyze your internal data.
