My name is Adam Milligan and I lived in the tiny little town of Reed Point, Montana for  over14 years.  Not only did I serve on the school board there for 7 years, but I also have over 15 years of experience as a data analyst in the healthcare industry (St. Vincent, Riverstone Health, and Livingston Healthcare).  

When I started on the school board I was shocked by how little actual usable data I had access to in order to make decisions.  Using the tools and experience I had in healthcare, I worked to create a battery of reports for Reed Point that allowed us to start making real, data-driven decisions rather than "gut feeling" or anecdotal decisions. 

Realizing these reports could be useful to other school districts as well, I developed a pilot program and offered my services for free for 5 years.  During those five years, I worked with over a dozen schools to refine our services, add reports, remove extraneous data, and make Milligan School Data a premier source of data and reports for schools.
